About Me

I am all about family, friends, and faith!  I love spending time with my husband and children. Now that our kids are grown, my husband and I spend a lot of time enjoying our extended family and their events as well.  Over the last couple of years, I have learned firsthand how special and fragile life is, so I believe in making every day count and to be grateful for all that we have. 

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, decorating and gardening.  I am an active member of my church and sit on the Board of Directors for the St. Helen Federal Credit Union.

Previous Experience

In addition to my studies in Business Administration at Indiana Vocational College, I have over 30 years of experience in operations, customer success, and sales in various service-related industries.  Throughout my career, I have focused on fostering strong partnerships with my clients.  

I joined Vocalink Global in 2005 and have worked in nearly every aspect of our business, from sales to marketing, to operations, including starting up two new branches to grow the company both geographically and within new business verticals. This gave me the breadth of knowledge and experience needed for my current role leading our Interpreting team as well as our Client Success team.

How Do I Create Client Value?

I bring value to our clients by looking beyond our core services to bring true value to our client partnerships. I strive to help create new ways for our clients to effectively manage their language service needs.

My Thoughts About Vocalink

Since joining Vocalink Global in 2005, what stands out to me is how much our company has grown and matured into a major player in the language services industry.  We are a small company with big company ability!  We react to client needs quickly, offering real solutions based on quality services, without the red tape that larger companies often have.
