Previous Experience

I have spent the past few years in the healthcare field working for a large health system in Cleveland.  My role was with the Global Patient Services team, I work with the coordination of interpreter services, data analysis of our internal and external resources, QAQI, process evaluation and improvement.  In addition, I worked within a schools system as part of the Educational Compliance team.
