I am happily married to my husband for almost 20 years and we have two sons. I love to travel both domestically and internationally. I absolutely love music, especially live music such as concerts and outdoor festivals. I am a devout Cleveland Browns fan.
I have 10+ years’ experience in customer service in addition to 3 years of invoice coding and data entry. I have also accumulated over 10 years of management experience which enables me to acclimate to multiple different types of personalities quickly.
