I grew up in Xenia, Ohio with a large family that always seems to be together. If I’m not lounging with my dogs, reading, I can be found outside on my 4-wheeler. I also love camping with my family any chance we get.
In 2013, I graduated from Sinclair Community College with a degree in American Sign Language Interpreting and Deaf Studies. I have enjoyed working as an interpreter across many aspects of my community. My passion for helping people started well before becoming an interpreter. Before becoming an interpreter, I worked in job development for people with disabilities. I joined Vocalink Global in December 2014 as both an ASL interpreter and Interpreter Coordinator.
I love learning about our clients and getting to know their staff. As Vocalink Global’s Scheduling Coordinator, I speak to clients every day to schedule interpreting appointments, assist with emergency interpreting needs, and resolve any scheduling difficulties. Much of my day is spent making sure an interpreter is assigned to every interpreting appointment and coordinating interpreter schedules to maximize our coverage.
Vocalink Global is about more than just excellent customer service. We’re dedicated to creating client success by building long-term relationships with our clients, which help them succeed in any language.
