Director of Client Success and Busines Development
Lisa Stokesbury serves as Director of Client Success and Business Development. Since joining Vocalink in 2004, Lisa has held several key positions in interpreting operations, marketing and sales, through which she has gained deep insight into the interpreting needs of clients in the healthcare, corporate, public service, financial and manufacturing industries. Lisa’s key duties include new product development and deployment, developing and maintaining client relationships, new market development and training. Under her leadership, Vocalink’s Interpreting Solutions have realized consistent year-over-year growth since 2012. Lisa manages our team of Strategic Account Managers and Client Success Mangers. She helped to shape and implement Vocalink’s secure, online interpreting management system known as Tracker, and manages Vocalink’s relationships with its outside partners and vendors. Lisa takes on the role of both active teacher and student when it comes to language solutions. She regularly participates in educational opportunities through the International Medical Interpreter Association (IMIA), the Southeastern Medical Interpreter Association (SEMIA), the Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA), and the Ohio State Bar Association. She frequently contributes to Vocalink’s blog on topics impacting interpreting solutions, especially for Vocalink’s healthcare clients. Lisa holds and Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Vocational College, and successfully completed training at the Dale Carnegie School of Business. Lisa is active in her church, holding a Board Member position at the St. Helen Federal Credit Union, and serving as a member and Chairperson for the Education Commission at St. Helen’s School.
